Message of Geeta

------------------------------
Usually the children while going to sleep ask their grandparents or parents to tell some story before going to sleep.
Here a girl of school going age, while lying on bed in the night asked her mother to narrate the secrets of the verses of Srimad Bhagwad Geeta.
She told her mother, that her grandmother would have told her these secrets, when she was a child.
The mother said that, hidden in the verses of Geeta is the secret of creation of universe.
There is the description of the rules that humans should follow.
The humans should obtain the knowledge of science from the intellectuals, who know their subject well.
One should be a person of action.
Your right is in action.
The results are controlled by Him.
The main and highest soul is one.
He is called Parmatma.
He is only Krishna.
We all are his fragments.
We are souls. He is body less.
We have our bodies.
Our bodies are perishable, but the soul can’t perish.
There is a recycling.
Those who take birth are bound to die and those who die must take rebirth.
Those who cross this recycling process, get “Moksha” (a state in which there is neither birth, nor death).
In Geeta Krishna said, “You become my follower. You only perform virtuous deeds. Leave the result to me”.
Your body is like a chariot. Your senses are like the horses that drive the chariot.
Your heart is very shaky. I am your mind.
Give control of your heart to your mind. Thus control your heart.
You should become a controller of your senses.
Set your heart. Leave the vices like
Kama (this word has varied meanings, according to the context in which it is used. Humans have immense desires. Here I take it that a person desires more and more, which is wrong. One should wish to fulfill the basic needs only and be contented with them).
Krodh (it means anger. If you are angry, your intellect is affected. If intellect is affected, your decisive power is affected. Once the decisive power is affected your actions may be affected),
Mudd (it means to be proud. If by the grace of God one has got special power or facilities, one should not be proud and insult others), Lobh (it means greed. One should not be greedy). So He said, one should abstain from these vices.
Then there are vices like Maya, Mamta, and Moh. I shall explain them for you.
Maya means a lust for acquiring all the luxuries of the world.
Mamta and Moh mean attachment (the difference is of degree).
He said we should live in this universe like a drop of wax in the ocean.
Both wax and water live together, but there is no attachment between the two.
Both live together without any attachment. Though they exist together, but their identity is not merged or affected.
We should love the creation of God but without any attachment with the worldly comforts.
So, we should leave these vices.
We should practice and adopt the path of truth and non Violence.
We should not hate the poor, oppressed and the people living in suffering.
We should embrace them and extend them whatever help we can.
Then Krishna said in Geeta, “I am the creator of the entire universe. Whatever is around you is being created by me. You get the fruits of your deeds. As you sow, so shall you reap? You should enjoy the worldly comforts that I give you, without getting attached to them. When you came in this world, you had nothing with you. When you will leave this world you will take nothing with you.”
Those who perform good deeds, get the heaven.
Others, who perform bad deeds, go to hell.
One should perform the deeds, as advocated in one’s religion, without any fear.
People should understand and practice the noble norms laid down by the ancestors and teach them to the next generation.
Thus make noble descendents.
One should understand the difference between noble and sinful deeds. Instead of devil, be a noble person.
Then he asked humans to be echo friendly and refrain from polluting the environment.
Entire animal and botanical kingdom is under the protection of humans.
Human religion is supreme.
So such rules should be framed and followed by humans that this earth may become heaven and the earth may become a lovable and peaceful place.
