Well done India!
It is really a moment of pride that after a long long struggle, India could prepare a team of players under the captaincy of a balanced minded and cool captain. This a great achievement in many ways. The new generation is coming out of a culture of living in depression. Most of the players come from middle class townships and with a patriotic mindset.
It is noteworthy that the finals were reached by the teams of Asian subcontinent.The games were played with sportsman spirit. The element of hatred was missing. The players groomed themselves with limited resources that they could arrange.
If sports ministry provides better venues and amenities to players of all national sports, then definitely our children can excel in all sports. Not only jobs for sport players, but also there should be training facilities for players, so that they can become good entrepreneurs,wherein they can give employment to the needy fellow brethren and sisters.
With the problem of population explosion, India is going to have many economic problems. So I request the wise thinkers and planners to ponder and redesign the field of sports keeping in mind the need of a medical and physio faculty at least at district level, where people can get free help.
In the end I wish to say,"Well done India. Keep it up!".
